Olson Optical cares about your complete satisfaction and is committed to quality. If you don’t love your new glasses, we will adjust, repair or exchange them for up to 60-days at no charge to you. Each pair of glasses we dispense is inspected at least twice and verified for accuracy before being dispensed to our patients. We’ll keep your glasses clean, fitting right and feeling like new at no charge for as long as you own them. As always, we provide free cleanings, nose pad replacements, adjustments, lens cleaner and cleaning cloths.
Our Warranty
Exclusive at Olson Optical is our no-fault warranty for repair or replacement of your frames! Olson Optical warrants that your frame and lenses are guaranteed to be of the highest quality materials and are free of defects. If the frame or any part breaks while under its original warranty, the original purchaser is entitled to: Repair or replacement of broken frame – FREE OF CHARGE
Replacement Discount
Olson Optical warrants that if your frame or lenses are lost or stolen, the original purchaser is entitled to: a 50% discount on the purchase of replacement glasses identical to the original pair within one year of original purchase.
